We design CHUSHI products to deliver consistent, high-quality performance. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right—within the guidelines below.
Returns (Unused Items Only)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

Unused and unassembled

In their original packaging

In resalable condition
Returns that show signs of use or assembly are not eligible for refund.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item or send missing parts at no cost.
Lifetime Structural Warranty
CHUSHI products are built from solid 304 stainless steel and are backed by a lifetime structural warranty.
We will replace any component that fails due to a structural or manufacturing defect under normal use.
What’s Not Covered

Used or assembled items returned for refund

Normal wear (including discoloration or heat marks)

Damage from misuse, modification, or improper cleaning

Cosmetic variations that do not affect performance
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
