CHUSHI® LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY

Chushi Grill LLC (“Chushi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) warrants that the CHUSHI® Stainless Steel Skewer Rack System, or part of the system (the “Product”), manufactured entirely from 304 stainless steel, will remain structurally sound and free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential grilling use for the lifetime of the original purchaser’s ownership.

“Lifetime” means the period during which the original retail purchaser owns the Product.

Proof of purchase is required. This warranty is not transferable.

 

1. What is covered

This Lifetime Structural Warranty covers:

  • Structural failure of stainless steel components

  • Weld separation under normal grilling conditions

  • Cracking, breaking, or permanent deformation caused by manufacturing defects

  • Failure that renders the Product unsafe or unusable for its intended grilling purpose

If a covered defect occurs, Chushi will, at its sole discretion:

  1. Repair the Product;

  2. Replace the Product with the same or comparable model; or

  3. Refund the original purchase price.

Replacement products may reflect minor design refinements.

 

2. What is is not covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic changes, including discoloration from heat, flame, smoke, charcoal, or food

  • Surface oxidation, staining, or patina typical of 304 stainless steel exposed to high heat

  • Scratches, dents, or aesthetic wear

  • Warping or distortion caused by extreme misuse (e.g., prolonged burial in active charcoal beds)

  • Damage from alteration, modification, or improper cleaning (including chloride-based cleaners)

  • Commercial, catering, or restaurant use

  • Normal wear consistent with grilling applications

High-heat coloration and surface changes are normal characteristics of stainless steel and are not structural defects.

 

3. How to submit a claim

To initiate a warranty claim, contact support@chushigrill.com

Please include:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Clear photos of the Product

  • Description of the issue and usage conditions

If return is required and the claim is approved, Chushi will cover reasonable standard U.S. shipping costs.

 

4. California consumer law

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.

For California consumers, this warranty is intended to comply with the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. Any implied warranties required by California law are not disclaimed and are limited to the duration permitted by applicable law.

 

5. Limitation of liability

Except as required by California law:

  • Chushi shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

  • The remedies stated above are the exclusive remedies under this warranty.

Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
