Simple Yakitori Frame

Skewers: Wood (using protection plates is recommended) or metal Yakitori, or other narrow short or medium skewers.
Best For: Yakitori, Shish kabob and Souvlaki
Distance from the grates: 2.6"

Fixed Low Frame

Skewers: Wide and extra wide flat long metal skewers 

Best For: Shish kabob, Souvlaki, Kubideh, large pieces of meat, reverse sear and smoking

Distance from the grates: 2"

Versatile Elevated Frame

Skewers: Wide and extra wide flat long metal skewers 
Best For: Shish kabob, Souvlaki, Kubideh, large pieces of meat, reverse sear and smoking
Distance from the grates: 3" from top bars; 2” from the lower bars

Low Yakitori Frame

Skewers: Short and narrow-medium flat skewers, preferably metal 
Best For: Yakitori, Shish kabob and Souvlaki
Distance from the grates: 1"

Elevated Frame with Yakitori Plates

Skewers: Narrow - medium metal or wood (with protection)
Best For: Slow / fatty Yakitori grilling (e.g. pork belly), Shish kabob, Souvlaki

Fire Protection Plates

Skewers: Narrow width wood skewers, preferably flat/ rectangular
Best For: Yakitori, Shish kabob and Souvlaki

Closer to the Fire

Skewers: Any length wide flat metal skewers, flat double fork brazilian skewers 
Best For: Kubideh, Brazilian, large pieces of meat
Distance from the grates: less than 1"
